Shipping policy
At Devkalii, every garment is handcrafted with care, and we ensure that your order reaches you with the same attention and elegance with which it was created.
1. Order Processing Time
Each product is made to order and undergoes a meticulous quality check before dispatch.
- Sarees: Dispatched within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Lehengas: Dispatched within 15 to 30 working days, depending on the intricacy of the design and embroidery.
- Please note that the above timelines do not include shipping duration, which varies based on delivery location.
In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume of orders, our team will notify you proactively.
2. Shipping Duration
- Domestic Shipping (within India): Typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: May take 7–15 business days, depending on the destination
and local customs procedures.
All orders are shipped via reputed logistics partners, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
● India: Complimentary shipping on all orders.
● International: For all international orders (except USA):
- Free shipping on orders above USD 400 (INR 35,000)
- Orders below USD 400(INR 35,000): flat USD 35 (INR 3000) shipping charge applies.
● Customs Duties & Taxes
- All Devkalii orders are shipped from our Gurgaon studio in India.
- Occasionally, import duties and taxes may apply once your shipment
reaches your country. - Most orders will not incur such charges; however, if assessed, the
recipient is responsible for these fees. - Devkalii is not liable for non-delivery if duties/taxes are refused by the
recipient — no refunds will be issued in such cases. - USA Orders: We ship to the USA on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) — no
additional duties/taxes required on delivery.
Please note that customs duties and taxes (for international orders) are to be borne by the customer and may vary by country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.You may track your order in real time through the courier’s website.
5. Packaging
Each Devkalii piece is packed in our signature luxury box—thoughtfully designed to protect the garment and elevate your unboxing experience.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
Devkalii is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. However, we remain committed to providing support and transparency should such issues arise.
