Refund policy

At Devkalii, each piece is handcrafted with exceptional skill, precision, and care. Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy except in the rare case of manufacturing defects.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following condition:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If you receive a product with a genuine defect in embroidery, stitching, or fabric integrity, a refund will be considered only after inspection and approval by our quality control team.

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • In case of any issues, please report them within 6 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@devkalii.com, along with clear unpacking videos and supporting images as evidence. This is necessary for us to process your request in accordance with our policy.
  • Clear images and/or videos highlighting the defect must be emailed to our customer service team within this window.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to the original payment method, or
  • An exchange of the same value (subject to availability).


2. What Does Not Qualify as a Manufacturing Defect

The following will not be considered valid grounds for refund:

  • Slight variation in color due to screen resolution or photography.
  • Minor irregularities in embroidery or surface textures, which are inherent to handmade products and are a mark of craftsmanship.
  • Fit or sizing issues arising due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

 

3. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is initiated.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer only.


4. Cancellations

As all pieces are made to order, cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been placed and processed.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the stated timeline:

  • Please check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider or bank—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@devkalii.com.
